My name is Kelly and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Vancouver, Washington, I provide in-person therapy (telehealth is also available) for individuals and couples who want real, lasting change. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication struggles, or life transitions, our work together will be thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your story.

Individual therapy is a space that is just for you. A place where you don’t have to filter your thoughts, manage anyone else’s feelings, or have it all figured out. Together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s feeling heavy, stuck, or overwhelming.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy offers room to understand yourself more deeply. As you begin to make sense of your patterns, emotions, and needs, you can move toward greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
You don’t have to do it alone. Healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported.

  • Understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck
  • Build healthier coping skills for anxiety and stress
  • Strengthen self-confidence and emotional resilience

Couples Counseling

Every relationship has seasons. Sometimes couples find themselves feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in the same painful cycles. Couples counseling offers a safe, structured space to slow down and truly hear one another.
Together, we work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the needs, fears, and longings that often go unspoken.
With guidance and support, couples can learn new ways of responding to one another, repair past hurts, and create a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and resilient.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

Whatever has brought you here — anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationship tension that feels stuck, grief, burnout, or just a sense that something isn’t right — change is possible. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, and it doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful. It happens in steady moments of honesty, insight, and compassion.
